Lack of Color- Hat Filler

If your hat isn't a snug fit, the hat filler is for you...

  • Made of foam cushioning, the adhesive filler sticks to the inside of your hat (the wool OR straw) for a better & smaller fit
  • Reduces hat size by approximately 1-2.5 cm
  • Can be used the whole way around your hat or just partially, if you are only wanting to reduce your hat size by a small amount
  • Roll is 60 cm / 23.6 inches in length 

Please note, hat filler is applied to the inside of the hat crown, under the sweatband lining

We do scent most of our items with our signature scent. Pampas and Dried Florals have a natural odor so we do choose to scent ours. If you do have any sensitivities or allergies, we do suggest emailing us with any questions. We do have the option to have any order unscented. We just ask that you contact us directly via email info@luxebpampasgrass.com and let us know.

If you do have severe allergies, we do suggest going with our faux pampas line. This line is completely synthetic. We made this item for our customers who have allergies or sensitivities. 

Return/ Exchange policy for Luxe B Pampas Grass

  • Luxe B Pampas Grass does not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped out. All sales are final sale once the order has been shipped. 
  • We can conduct an exchange if the order hasn't been processed for shipment.
  • We only offer cancellations within two days of purchase. Reason being is most of our items are made to order. 
  • Our Lack of Color hats are all final sale

        PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PROCESSING TIMES: 
  • Most of our items take 5-10 business days to process before shipment or local pick up. We certainly try our very best to ship out orders ahead of these timelines. A lot of our pieces are made to order so we do have longer processing times.
  • Some pieces are indicated as a PRE-ORDER item on our website. Those pieces will take 3-6 weeks to process before shipment.
  • If you have an important event or wedding and need it sooner please email us. We will try our very best to accommodate. info@luxebpampasgrass.com

    SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    The health and safety of all our team members are our number one priority. Please note that Covid delays may happen with shipment. If you do have an important event, we strongly suggest placing your order in advance. Even orders that seek priority shipment, we cannot guarantee priority arrival times within the covid parameters.
